Hi friends! I’m Iryna, the founder of Not Enough Garlic!
I’m a food blogger, photographer, and passionate home cook with an ever-growing spice cabinet—but nothing holds a more special place than garlic. I add it to practically everything!
I love exploring different cuisines, but European flavors have a special place in my heart. I love exploring different cuisines, but European flavors have a special place in my heart.
I was born and raised in Ukraine and absolutely adore Ukrainian food. The comforting flavors of my childhood—like borscht, varenyky, and freshly baked pampushky—continue to inspire my cooking today.
I live in central Indiana with my husband, two kids, and two cats. Before diving into food blogging, I earned a degree in International Economy and worked in the agriculture business. Now, outside of food blogging, I work one day a week as a substitute teacher —because why not?
A fun fact about me: I spent a summer studying in Vienna, Austria, which only deepened my love for European food and culture.
When I’m not cooking or photographing delicious dishes, you’ll probably find me traveling. My favorite place in the U.S.? New Hampshire! I adore mountains and dream of living among them one day.
I started Not Enough Garlic to share my love for cooking, experimenting with flavors, and, of course, celebrating the magic of garlic. I hope you find recipes here that inspire you to cook something new and delicious!
Thanks for stopping by! And remember—whenever you cook, always add more garlic! 😀
